universal yoga
The goal of Universal Yoga is to create unification with methods to control and balance each mayakosha (sheath/shell). The asana mandala sequences open the body to sensations and focuses the mind by changing orientation in space and moving all joints in all possible directions of mobility. This energises and activates all marmas (energetic centres) of the body, leading to a state of Maha Mudra (blank consciousness) total bliss.
hatha yoga
HA meaning sun, sun of your body. THA meaning moon, your consciousness. Hatha yoga is a balanced yoga practice including a sequence of asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) with the intention to unite and balance the body, breath, mind and soul .
vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa is movement of the body synchronised with breath. Asanas (physical postures) are linked to one another continuously encouraging the flow of the breath with dynamic movements, creating rhythm and tuning concentration.
