Barre is a combination of ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional movement training. With the use of the ballet barre, or for the at home workouts a chair, we work to build and maintain strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination and tone. Barre classes involve small, isometric movements that target specific muscle groups that create that burning sensation leading to an effective low impact workout.
